Kick off the reunion with a fun and casual gathering to reconnect, share laughs, and set the tone for a weekend of family bonding. Enjoy light snacks and interactive activities designed to bring everyone closer.

6:00 AM – 10:00 AM |  A complimentary buffet breakfast is included.
Start your day with a selection of breakfast items, including pastries, fruits, coffee, and juice, and more.  What a perfect way to fuel up for the day ahead.

10:30 AM | Bus Pick-Up for Step-On Tour
Meet in the hotel lobby for a scheduled bus departure. Get ready for a day of exploration and learning.  This is optional, but recommended. Also, there is bus shutter services for those  who might want to tour the shopping center.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Step-On Tour
Join a guided tour showcasing the rich history and landmarks of the area. Learn fascinating stories and enjoy beautiful sights along the way.

1:30 PM | Return to Hotel
Arrive back at the hotel for a break to refresh, relax, and prepare for the afternoon activities.

1:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Personal Time
Take this time to rest, enjoy the hotel amenities, or explore nearby attractions at your leisure.

4:15 PM | Bus Pick-Up for City Excursions
Board the bus for an exciting trip to explore:

Head back to the hotel to unwind and prepare for the evening creating more memories

10:30 AM | Bus Departure to Canaan Missionary Baptist Church
Gather for a meaningful church service celebrating faith and family unity.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Worship Service
Join the congregation at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church for a heartfelt and inspiring service.

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Family Brunch
Enjoy a delicious brunch at the Alfred Williams Community Center ( Onsite). Reflect on the weekend and share stories while savoring great food with loved ones and entertainment.

3:15 PM | Bus Departure to Hotel
Return to the hotel to relax and prepare for the rest of the day.
